It is that time of year again.  You will be bombarded with media pushing you to get those oh so friendly flu shots and then hearing about how this is one of the deadliest seasons yet.... Many today are concerned with vaccinations and

what is really in them, anyway? 
I mean they could put anything in them and even the one administering them truly does not know.  
Sorry, call me a conspiracy weirdo, I don't mind.  ◖|◔◡◉|◗
And I'm okay if you subscribe to them vaccinations, you have been given the authority to make that decision, just let me have my authority as well, thank you very much.     
In the meantime this is what we will be doing.

Easy.  Any form you can get your hands on that works for your family.
